Janeen Pergrin Rastall is the author of In the Yellowed House (dancing girl press, 2014) and Objects May Appear Closer (Celery City Chapbooks, 2015). She is a co-author of True Companions (Gordon Publications, 2017) and Heart Radicals (ELJ Editions, 2017). She has been nominated multiple times for the Pushcart Prize and the Best of the Net Award.​

Richard J. Rastall is married to the poet Janeen Pergrin Rastall. They live in Gordon, Michigan. He has an undergraduate degree and a master degree in mathematics from Michigan State University. He graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and has a master degree in laws in taxation from New York University. He has previously published the chapbook, Ice Volcanoes, 3nd Ed., (Gordon Publications, 2016), and with Janeen Pergrin Rastall, the chapbooks, Romancing The Geek (2013) and True Companions (Gordon Publications, 2017). He co-wrote with Janeen Pergrin Rastall the play Romancing The Geek which premiered in 2014. He edited the book, Maiden Voyage, a 5-year anthology of the Marquette Poets Circle. He was the co-recipient with Janeen Pergrin Rastall of the City of Marquette Arts Culture Center’s Community Arts Activist Award for 2017.
